Intro to Tarot
In this immersive workshop, students will dive into the fundamentals of a traditional Tarot deck. Interactive discussions and activities will guide participants to explore art/imagery, symbolism, and foundational elements of tarot to enhance intuitive understanding. The cards are rich; full of sacred symbolism and archetypal characters. For centuries, these cards have been a tool for storytelling, self discovery, prediction, transformation — and of course— magic.
First Friday Run Club
Start your Friday with movement and community at The Space’s Summer Fun Run Series. On the first Friday of each month (July 3, August 7, and September 4), join a casual, all-levels 3-mile run through Curtis Park, followed by coffee and social time back at the studio. Meet at 7:15 AM, warm up together, and enjoy a low-pressure way to connect, get active, and kick off the weekend. Free and open to everyone—members and non-members alike. 🌞
Deep Release: Assisted Stretch + Nervous System Reset
Unwind with this intimate, hands-on assisted stretching experience designed to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. After a gentle warm-up, you’ll rotate through guided stretch stations where each stretch is held for 10–12 minutes, allowing your body to fully relax and open. The session concludes with a grounding integration practice, leaving you feeling restored, supported, and more connected to your body.
