FLOW
A mindful, moderate-paced vinyasa class that emphasizes simplicity, breath, and body awareness. You’ll move with intention through foundational poses, experience longer holds, and reconnect to your rhythm with steady, breath-led transitions.
This class is perfect if you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply looking to slow down and deepen your practice.
Held in heated temps (90–95°) with added infrared heat and red & near-infrared light, for a warm, supportive environment that encourages clarity and grounding.

POWER
An energizing, music-driven vinyasa class that moves you through breath, sweat, and flow. Each teacher brings their own unique flavor, so expect creative sequences, intentional pacing, and a powerful collective vibe.
Held in heated temps (95–99°) with added infrared heat and red & near-infrared light, this class is designed to challenge and support you, whether you're building strength or seeking release. Come as you are, take what you need.

FOUNDATION | KARMA
A donation-based class that welcomes everyone, whether you're brand new to yoga or simply craving a slower, more foundational non-heated class. This Karma, donation-based class means you simply give what you can. All proceeds go toward local charities and back into the community.
You'll move through longer holds, breath-led transitions, and mindful movement, with extra time devoted to breaking down postures and building awareness in your body.
Expect a grounding, accessible experience that leaves you feeling centered and complete. Come as you are, this class is open to everyone.

A restorative, grounding practice that invites deep release through long-held, supported postures. With minimal talking, dim lighting, and a cooler room, this class creates space for the nervous system to unwind and the body to heal.
Expect deep stretching, fascial release, and time to truly listen to what your body and mind need. You’ll use little muscular effort, allowing you to slow down, soften, and restore.
Perfect for increasing flexibility, releasing tension, and cultivating a calm, inward focus. This class may also include the best nap you’ve ever had.
*Dress comfortably and bring anything that helps you settle in. Blanket, bolsters, blocks and straps are provided

YIN
ALIGN + YIN
Ease into your practice with a gentle Vinyasa flow that focuses on slower, accessible movements designed to ground you and connect breath with body.
The second half of class shifts into deep, supported Yin postures that focus on stretching and encourage stillness. Class ends with an unhurried savasana to help you fully integrate and reset.

MEDITATION | Free
Start your day grounded, centered, and open. This class offers space to slow down, tune in, and simply observe.
Through breath and stillness, we learn to listen—truly listen—to our inner voice, thoughts, and emotions. This quiet exploration invites presence and the opportunity to choose response over reaction in our daily lives.
This meditation is free, all you have to do is begin.

BREATH
In this class you will tap into the power of breath and meditation to connect deeply to yourself. Breath or "prana" is our life force… if we are not breathing we are not living.This is a unique offering and the set-up is different from our other classes. Wear comfortable/dry clothes and bring your yoga mat. Blankets and bolsters are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own. Meditation cushions are recommended, but not required.
We will sit and lay down in a circle where you will be guided through breathing techniques that will help open up the physical body and prepare for a deeper breath. We call this “somatics” (soma = body).
We will then go into a transformative breath experience (each week will vary). These techniques are intended to take us into both sympathetic and parasympathetic states, ultimately regulating our nervous system and finding a more peaceful and calm state of being.
Using these practices, you will have an opportunity to feel the life inside you, and release any unwanted energy held in the mental, emotional and physical body.
The more purposeful our breath and thoughts become, the more purposeful our life becomes.
