Program Overview
A Teacher Training that meets you where you are - and takes you deeper.
Whether you're dreaming of teaching your own classes, hoping to grow into an assisting role, or simply feeling called toward a shift in your life, this training is built to meet you exactly where you are. You don't need to have it all figured out — you just need to be ready to show up.
Over six weeks, you'll build genuine competence as a teacher. That means learning how to work with music and sequencing so your classes feel intentional and alive, and developing the confidence to lead a room with clarity. But teaching power vinyasa well goes beyond the physical cues — so we'll also spend real time exploring Dharma, lineage, and philosophy, and what they mean for how we practice and teach today. This isn't philosophy for its own sake; it's the foundation that makes your teaching feel grounded and true to something larger than yourself.
You'll get real-time feedback and one-on-one coaching throughout, so you're never guessing at how you're doing or where to grow. Hands-on assisting gives you the chance to practice the quieter, physical side of teaching — the kind of touch and presence that can't be learned from a manual. And along the way, guest teachers will join us to share perspectives beyond our own walls, widening what this training can offer you.
The structure blends in-person training, self-study, and group work across six weeks, so you have space to integrate what you're learning in real time — not just absorb it all at once. It all comes together in a final celebration weekend, two nights spent off-site with your training community, marking the close of this chapter and the start of whatever comes next.
Because in the end, this is more than a teacher training. It's an immersive, life-evolving experience — a chance to connect more deeply with yourself, supported by a community that is genuinely, wholeheartedly invested in your growth.
