Grief is one of the most profound experiences we can have as humans. It can feel heavy, overwhelming, and isolating, yet it can also be a reflection of deep love, connection, and the impact someone—or something—has had on our lives.
Moving Through Grief is a gentle, supportive space for anyone navigating loss. Whether your loss is recent or from many years ago, whether it is the loss of a loved one, a beloved animal companion, a relationship, or another significant life experience, you are welcome here.
Together, we will create space to honor our grief, connect with our emotions, and allow what may be held in the body to move with compassion and care. While grief never truly leaves us, it changes as we change. By giving it attention, breath, movement, and expression, we can soften our relationship with it and create room for healing.
During this workshop, we will:
Gather with a warm cup of herbal tea
Practice gentle breathwork to settle the nervous system
Move through a guided meditation
Explore reflective journaling prompts
Close with a restorative and grounding yin yoga practice accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
This offering is not about "getting over" grief or fixing what has been lost. It is an invitation to honor your experience, tend to your heart, and move gently with whatever is present.
May this be a space to remember, to feel, to release, and to reconnect with yourself in the midst of your journey. 🪽🤍
