Getting to the Core – Inversion Workshop Part 2: Flow & Transitions

Join Eddie Eisiminger & Jen Lorenz for Part 2 of our “Getting to the Core” series — a dynamic and playful workshop that explores how to flow with inversions and arm balances. Building on the foundations from Part 1, this session focuses on transitions that bring fluidity, strength, and grace into your vinyasa practice.
You’ll learn to move through poses like Running Man, Crow, Side Crow, and Handstand, discovering what’s possible when you tap into your core and let your body lead the way. Expect a balance of technique, flow, and plenty of upside-down fun.
Beginners are always welcome! We’ll revisit the fundamentals before diving into practice and exploration, giving you space to meet yourself exactly where you are and expand from there.
Here’s the flow of the afternoon:
1:00 PM: Welcome + warm-up discussion
1:20 PM: Core activation + inversion instruction
2:00 PM: Flow integration + play
2:50 PM: Wrap-up + closing

Arrive 15 minutes early
Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothes
Avoid eating at least 3 hours before practice
Bring a yoga mat, water, towel — and courage to fly!
