Fasting has been practiced across cultures for generations as a way to pause, reset, and rethink how we nourish ourselves. In this guided experience, you’ll be supported in setting food down—if you choose—to create space for deeper hydration, rest, and reconnection with your body.
Whether you decide to fast or simply participate in the hydration experience, you’ll be guided in drinking ultra-pure balanced water designed to deeply hydrate the cells. This experience is rooted in supporting the body’s natural rhythms, encouraging rest, and creating space for clarity, renewal, and mindful nourishment.

The fast will begin Friday evening or Saturday morning. Instructions will be sent ahead of time, and water supply will be provided at the Friday evening meeting.
