For the month of March, we’re adding SPACE Sculpt to our Saturday evening schedule — a high-energy, full-body strength experience designed to burn, tone, and build lean muscle.
This 60-minute class blends bodyweight movement, resistance training, and intentional strength work, with focused attention on core stability, glutes, and muscular endurance. Expect smart sequencing, steady intensity, and music that keeps you moving.
Held in heated temps (90–95°) with added infrared heat and red + near-infrared light, Sculpt delivers intensity with intention — helping you sweat, build strength, and reset before the week ahead.
