Hi! I’m Tadario. I specialize in deep tissue, relaxation, Swedish and sports massage.
My journey with massage therapy started in 2012 after having a scoliosis surgery and getting 24 screws and 2 rods put in my spine which completely changed the trajectory of my life as someone who danced, played soccer, and participated in many extreme sports. Doctors said I would be in bed for at least a year before getting back to any kind of “normal” life. As an unruly teenager there was no way I was going to lay down for a whole year. Luckily for me, my sister was a massage therapist in the past and used those skills on me to help with recovery. With some changes to diet and pain management, I was out of bed in 3 months!
Shortly after that I was in school to acquire the same set of skills that got me back up on my feet and active again. Now, 10 years later, I’m showing people everyday what the power of routine bodywork can do for their lives wether it’s improving their performance in everyday life or getting them ready to compete in the Olympics. I love seeing people get more in tune with their bodies and transforming the relationship they have with it. I’ve seen everything from chronic headaches almost stopping people in there tracks to torn rotator cuffs, car accidents, surgeries - you name it! With all this experience gained through the years I’ve been able to change many lives the same way mine was all those years ago.

Hi! My name is Sara Sunshine and I consider myself a fellow traveller on the journey of self discovery and healing. I am passionate about holistic health and have studied wellness and nutrition throughout my adult life. I acquired CAMTC Certification for Massage Therapy at the Healing Arts Institute and Certificate of Completion from Magdalen University for Energy Work and Psychic Reading and most recently, Reiki Master with Lynn Blos in Auburn, Ca. I take an intuitive and synergistic approach to my massage technique.
My practice is infused with Reiki energy healing and the use of multiple modalities to promote a relaxing and individualized healing experience for each client. I strive to bring harmony and balance back to the physical and the energetic body during our sessions together. As a Reiki practitioner I offer a safe and nurturing space for those in search of spiritual welfare and energetic healing for the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional bodies. I assist with processing and self discovery through a variety of techniques that include; Reiki, mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, rituals, sound healing, oracle card readings and dream interpretation.
